LUXE Plasma Fibroblast

Targeted plasma energy for firmer, smoother-looking skin
Plasma Fibroblast is an advanced, non-surgical skin-tightening treatment designed to improve the appearance of fine lines, crepey skin and mild skin laxity.
Using precise plasma energy, the treatment creates tiny, controlled points on the skin’s surface. This stimulates a natural repair response and supports collagen remodelling over time.
Unlike PlasmaChanneling, Plasma Fibroblast is not a zero-downtime treatment. The treated points form temporary carbon crusts that shed naturally during the recovery process.
Every consultation and treatment is personally performed by Tanya in her private home studio in Attadale, Western Australia.
What is Plasma Fibroblast?
Plasma Fibroblast is a targeted skin-tightening treatment that uses controlled plasma energy to create precise treatment points on the skin’s surface.
These points encourage the skin’s natural renewal process and stimulate a tightening response. As the skin recovers, collagen remodelling continues and the treated area can gradually appear firmer, smoother and more refined.
The treatment is designed for targeted areas rather than full-surface serum infusion. This makes it different from PlasmaChanneling, which uses a separate tip to create temporary superficial channels and infuse PDRN and peptide serums with minimal to no downtime.
What concerns can it help with?
Plasma Fibroblast may help improve the appearance of:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Crepey or finely textured skin
- Mild skin laxity
- Crow’s feet
- Forehead lines
- Lip lines
- Selected eyelid concerns
- Skin texture around the jawline and neck
The treatment is not designed to replace surgery, and results vary according to your skin, age, lifestyle and the degree of laxity present.
A consultation is required to determine whether Plasma Fibroblast is appropriate for your skin and the area you would like treated.
How does the treatment work?
Before treatment, Tanya will assess your skin, discuss your goals and explain the expected recovery process.
Where appropriate, a topical numbing product may be used to improve comfort. The plasma device is then applied in a precise dot pattern to the selected area.
The treatment creates tiny points on the skin’s surface. You may initially notice small white points with a darker centre. These treated points develop into temporary carbon crusts as the skin begins its recovery process.
The crusts must be allowed to shed naturally. Picking, scratching or prematurely removing them can interfere with healing and may increase the risk of unwanted pigmentation or scarring.
Technology
True Plasma™ uses plasma energy to create precise treatment points on the skin’s surface.
Unlike an electric arc device, which produces a visible spark between the device and the skin, the Plaxel True Plasma system ionises the gases already present in the air to create plasma energy.
The treatment is delivered in a controlled dot pattern. These points stimulate a natural repair response and support the skin-tightening process.
No. They are separate treatments using different handpiece tips and treatment protocols.
PlasmaChanneling is a non-ablative, needle-free treatment that creates temporary superficial channels and infuses PDRN and peptide serums. It is designed for skin rejuvenation, hydration, product infusion and an immediate fresh-looking effect with little to no downtime.
Plasma Fibroblast is a more intensive, targeted treatment that creates precise plasma points. The points form temporary carbon crusts, which means you should expect visible recovery and several days of downtime.
Treatment areas may include:
- Crow’s feet
- Forehead lines
- Lip lines
- Selected eyelid areas
- Jawline
- Neck
- Other small areas of localised laxity
Not every area is suitable for treatment. Tanya will assess the skin, anatomy and treatment area during your consultation.
Treatments
Plasma Fibroblast is designed to improve the appearance of fine lines, crepey texture and mild laxity.
As the skin recovers, the treated area may gradually appear:
- Firmer
- Smoother
- More refined
- Tighter-looking
- Less crepey
Results develop progressively rather than appearing all at once. Individual results vary, and Plasma Fibroblast cannot reproduce the results of surgical lifting procedures.
Plasma Fibroblast may be suitable for mild to moderate-looking laxity in carefully selected areas.
It is not suitable for every degree of skin laxity. Where there is significant excess skin, a surgical consultation may be more appropriate. Tanya will discuss realistic expectations during your consultation
Plasma Fibroblast is a targeted skin-tightening treatment that creates precise plasma points in selected areas.
It is not a conventional facial, and it is not the same as PlasmaChanneling. The treatment involves a visible healing phase and requires more detailed aftercare than a zero-downtime rejuvenation treatment.
Safety & Aftercare
Yes. Plasma Fibroblast is not a zero-downtime treatment.
The treated points usually form temporary carbon crusts that shed naturally over approximately 5 to 10 days. Redness and mild swelling may be present during the first 24 to 48 hours.
You should plan treatment around work, social events, travel and important occasions. Tanya will advise you how much recovery time is appropriate for the area being treated.
Your personalised aftercare instructions will be provided after treatment. In general, you should:
- Keep the treated area clean and follow the recommended cleansing instructions
- Use only the products recommended by Tanya
- Avoid picking, scratching or removing the carbon crusts
- Avoid exfoliating the area while it is healing
- Avoid excessive heat, sweating and direct sun exposure during the recovery period
- Avoid unapproved active skincare products
- Follow Tanya’s advice about makeup and sunscreen
- Contact the clinic if you are concerned about your recovery
Allowing the crusts to shed naturally is one of the most important parts of the recovery process.
Comfort varies depending on the treatment area and your individual sensitivity.
A topical numbing product may be used where appropriate. Tanya will explain what you can expect before treatment and will adjust the approach according to the treatment area and your comfort.
A consultation is required before treatment. Plasma Fibroblast may not be suitable if you have:
- An active infection, cold sore or open wound in the treatment area
- Active eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis or another inflammatory skin condition
- A compromised or severely sensitised skin barrier
- A history of poor wound healing or problematic scarring
- A condition or medication that affects healing
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- A recent procedure that has not fully healed
- A condition where treatment is not appropriate around the eyes or another sensitive area
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, recent medications and previous aesthetic treatments should also be discussed during your consultation.
The final contraindication list should be checked against Tanya’s training, insurer requirements and the exact device protocol before publication.
